We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive to manage lead allocation and sales coordination for a growing franchise network.
Responsibilities
• Allocate incoming leads to sales teams based on predefined criteria
• Maintain CRM hygiene and follow-up SLAs
• Track lead conversion, response time, and funnel performance
• Coordinate with inside sales and franchise sales teams
• Prepare daily and weekly sales MIS
Requirements
• 2–5 years experience in inside sales or CRM operations
• FMCG / Pharma / Retail experience preferred
• Strong analytical and coordination skills
• Hands-on CRM experience

Pay: ₹10,910.93 – ₹38,658.00 per month
